Service Description

Initial counseling appointments are approximately 1 hour in length. Follow-up appointments are about 1/2 hour. I am happy to check your insurance coverage prior to booking, as most will cover nutrition counseling. Superbills are also available to submit to out of network insurance companies for reimbursement. During our time together, we will develop a plan and goals that are doable and sustainable for your lifestyle and preferences. I will guide you every step of the way!
