I received my Doctorate in nutrition education from Columbia University, my MS in nutrition from Boston University, and my BS in nutrition and dietetics from Rutgers University. I have extensive clinical experience working with all age groups in a variety of settings: hospitals, long term care facilities, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric facilities, and both public and private school settings.
I am currently an Assistant Professor of Nutrition at West Chester University.
During my 15+ year career, I have also edited and contributed to various textbooks, developed and presented national webinars, and held leadership roles with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
In my spare time, I enjoy running, reading, and spending time at the beach with my husband and 3 children.
