Meet Chrissy 
Are you looking to develop a healthier relationship with food? Do you have a condition that can be improved with proper nutrition, such as diabetes, heart disease, or chronic kidney disease?  I am a registered dietitian with nearly 20 years of experience and can help! I use a variety of behavioral techniques, theories, and evidence-based recommendations.
We will work together, as partners, to develop goals and a plan of action to improve your health, well-being, and relationship with food. Consistent, caring support will be provided and available to you if you have questions along the way!
Offering in person or telehealth appointments. Nutrition counseling is usually covered at 100% under the preventative policy.

I spent most of the rest of the day thinking about all that we talked about today!   You were very sweet and very gentle in your approach.  You made the necessary diet changes seem less stressful and much more achievable for me.  You make me feel motivated.  

Thanks for the supportive words and sending us all the recipes, ingredients, and recommendations... been busy whipping up some of the best tasting, healthy food I've ever eaten.This is the opposite of deprived; these foods make me feel spoiled!

I reached out to Christina for support as I work to heal from an eating disorder. Her professional knowledge and guidance has been immensely helpful in helping me recalibrate my relationship with food. The tools she’s provided have been helpful guides. She’s also an excellent listener, remaining grounded and holding space for me when I grapple with difficult emotions during our sessions.
